Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Robust expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and

ML algorithms.

- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in

deploying models into production.

- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI

APIs, and other ML libraries.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

- Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.

Aiden AI

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.
