? Experience: 4–12 Years

We are looking for an AI/LLM Engineer to join our team and work on a new AI-powered product currently.

The role is ideal for an engineer who is robust in Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI , and who can independently research solutions, clarify evolving requirements, develop POCs and take AI solutions toward production.

? Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
- Strong Prompt Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Experience with tool calling, agent orchestration, context and memory management
- Experience deploying or supporting AI/LLM solutions in production
- Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to understand ambiguous requirements and independently research and propose solutions
- Basic Solution Design / Technical Architecture experience
- Exposure to Azure and AKS/Kubernetes

☁️ Cloud & Engineering
- Azure experience is preferred,



with AKS/Kubernetes exposure being highly valuable
- Good understanding of software engineering, application deployment and production support

- Develop and productionize AI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions
- Build AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop and optimize POCs and AI-powered applications
- Research and evaluate technical approaches for evolving AI requirements
- Troubleshoot and improve production AI solutions

? Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Successful delivery of AI/LLM POCs and production solutions
- Quality, reliability and scalability of AI agents
- Performance of LLM solutions including accuracy, latency and reliability
- Timely delivery of assigned AI engineering initiatives
