This internship is structured as a 6-month Learn → Work → Grow program, with a strong focus on building real-world AI skills and industry experience.

For the first 3 months, it will be an on-the-job training, AI tools learning internship without a stipend. During this period, you will not simply observe or complete routine internship tasks, you will learn while working on real, live AI projects, with continuous guidance and exposure to up-to-date AI tools, workflows, and practical applications.

From the 4th month onwards, candidates who successfully complete the training phase and demonstrate good performance will progress to a stipend-based internship for the next 3 months.

After completing 6 months, strong performers will be considered for a permanent, on-roll opportunity, based on their performance, skills, commitment, and available positions.

The journey is simple:
