Role Description

Make finished films using generative tools. You'll take a script or idea and carry it through to delivery — shot design, image and video generation, voice, sound, music, edit and grade. The work spans ad films, brand narratives, animated news formats and social-first content, usually on short timelines and without a conventional crew.

You'll work daily across a shifting toolset.



The tools change constantly; the ability to test, break and adopt new ones quickly is part of the job.

What we're looking for is a filmmaker first: someone with taste, a sense of pacing, and an eye for when a shot is off. Prompt skill without craft doesn't hold up on screen. Show us a reel — self-taught is fine, film school is fine, the work decides.

Qualifications

- Proficiency to work with AI-powered creative and editing tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust visual storytelling instincts and understanding of internet-first content formats and trends.
