Description The Senior Technical Consultant will lead AI platform engineering and Salesforce delivery using agentic development practices. This role bridges AI innovation with hands‑on Salesforce solution building.

Role: Senior Technical Consultant — AI Engineering & Agentic Salesforce Delivery

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience

- 5–7 years of Salesforce/software engineering experience
- Strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Experience building multi‑agent or agentic AI applications
- Experience working with multiple LLM providers/models
- Experience with MCP, agent orchestration, RAG, vector search, or LLM evaluation
- Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI coding tools
- Experience integrating AI applications with Salesforce APIs, metadata, repositories, or development environments
- Experience with Agentforce or other enterprise AI/agent platforms

Qualification

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Application Architect certification
- Salesforce System Architect certification
- MCP certification

Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance multi‑agent AI platform, including agents, tools, workflows, integrations, and automations
- Evaluate LLMs and public AI models for suitability across use cases
- Implement agent orchestration, prompting, context management, grounding, and workflow execution
- Build reusable AI capabilities for Salesforce projects and convert PoCs into production solutions
- Deliver Salesforce projects using AI‑first and agentic development approaches across analysis, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment




- Build and review Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and APIs while ensuring architecture, security, and quality standards
- Identify and automate repetitive development activities to improve developer productivity
- Support Salesforce projects using the AI platform, diagnose technical issues across agents, LLMs, prompts, tools, and Salesforce components, and implement sustainable fixes
- Guide developers and project teams in adopting agentic ways of working and AI‑assisted development
- Establish and share practical patterns, best practices, and lessons learned from real project delivery

Additional Responsibilities

- Follow modern engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and maintainable design
- Balance rapid experimentation with scalability, security, reliability, and production quality
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and the AI application owner to drive platform adoption and improve delivery outcomes
- Act as a hands‑on developer who builds and ships working solutions rather than focusing solely on design or documentation
