The Role

As an AI Developer at Hasamex, you will be part of our core technology team your focus will be on building AI-powered client-facing applications, internal tools, and agentic workflows that help Hasamex operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You will work across our client-end applications as well as internal AI systems used by our delivery, recruiting, compliance, operations, and leadership teams.

You will:

Build AI applications : Develop and improve AI-powered tools and features that support business processes, productivity, and decision-making.

Develop AI agents: Design and build agentic workflows that automate and enhance a range of business and operational activities.

Automate workflows: Identify repetitive or manual processes and build scalable automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and execution speed.

Work with LLMs and APIs: integrate AI models, databases, prompts, workflows, and third-party tools into practical business applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally: work with technology, operations, client solutions, and leadership to turn business problems into simple, helpful technical solutions.

Maintain quality and security: ensure AI tools are reliable, well-documented, privacy-conscious, and aligned with Hasamex’s compliance standards.





Experiment and improve: continuously explore new AI tools, frameworks, and automation ideas that can give Hasamex a competitive edge.

This role blends AI development, full-stack thinking, product ownership, and business problem-solving. It is perfect for someone who wants to build real-world AI systems inside a fast-growing company.
