AI Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 5 years

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered features, including prompt/harness design, tool orchestration, and structured outputs.
- Integrate AI systems with third-party platforms such as CRMs, messaging channels, and support tools using REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Build and maintain reusable components such as prompt libraries, guardrails, and validation logic instead of one-off scripts for each use case.
- Write typed tool contracts and enforce output schemas using Pydantic or equivalent to keep agent behavior predictable and testable.
- Set up and run evaluations, including trajectory evaluations and regression tests, to identify quality drops before they reach production.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to turn requirements into working agent behavior and document architecture clearly enough for handoff.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience building production software,



with meaningful hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Solid Python skills, with experience using FastAPI or Flask for backend services.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or open-source models, including prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, and context management.
- Working knowledge of API integration patterns, including OAuth 2.0, webhooks, REST, and synchronous vs. asynchronous/event-driven design.
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one vector/embedding store.
- Experience with version control using Git and basic CI/CD expo

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
