Role & responsibilitiesExperience:
- At least 8+ years in software or data engineering, including 2+ years leading engineers through production delivery and operations.
- Proven production experience with LLM-backed analytics or conversational data products in an enterprise setting, including responsibility for answer accuracy, not just system uptime.
- Hands-on experience running a scheduled data pipeline estate at scale (n8n strongly preferred; Airflow, Make, or Power Automate acceptable), including incremental load patterns and data quality gates.
- Experience operating Azure data workloads in a single-tenant enterprise setting, including a privately deployed language model (Azure OpenAI or equivalent).
