About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced AI & ChatGPT Coach / Generative AI Consultant for 2–3 day intervention for a leading manufacturing organisation with operations across Mumbai and Gujarat .

The objective is to enable the organisation's leadership and key functional teams to understand and practically adopt ChatGPT and Generative AI to improve productivity, decision-making and day-to-day business execution.

This is intended to be a hands-on business intervention , rather than a theoretical AI training programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and interactive sessions on ChatGPT and Generative AI for senior leadership and functional teams.
- Demonstrate how ChatGPT can be integrated into everyday corporate workflows.
- Train participants on advanced prompting, task structuring and effective interaction with ChatGPT .
- Identify function-specific opportunities for AI adoption.
- Demonstrate real-world use cases relevant to a manufacturing environment.
- Help teams develop reusable prompts, workflows and AI-assisted processes.
- Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, process optimisation and better decision-making .
- Assess current levels of AI adoption and recommend practical next steps.
- Guide teams on responsible use of AI, including confidentiality, data handling and validation of AI-generated outputs.

Key Use Cases The coach should be able to demonstrate practical ChatGPT applications across:

- Operations & Manufacturing: SOPs, process documentation, reporting,



root-cause analysis and process improvement
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Vendor analysis, procurement documentation, inventory-related analysis and communication
- Sales & Marketing: Proposals, customer communication, market research and content creation
- Finance: MIS preparation, analysis, reporting and management communication
- HR: Job descriptions, policies, training material and employee communication
- Management: Business reviews, strategy analysis, meeting preparation, presentations and decision support
- Engineering & Quality: Technical documentation, troubleshooting support, knowledge management and quality processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of overall corporate / qualified experience , preferably in business leadership, consulting, technology, transformation or a relevant corporate environment.




- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI / ChatGPT .
- Deep practical expertise in ChatGPT and OpenAI tools .
- Proven experience applying ChatGPT to real-world business and operational challenges.
- Experience conducting AI workshops, executive coaching or capability-building programmes for corporate teams.
- Prior experience working with CXOs, senior leadership and functional heads is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with manufacturing / industrial organisations will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate functions and business processes.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, measurable business applications .
- Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presence.
- Should be a hands-on practitioner , rather than only an AI trainer, speaker or academic.

What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for an individual who can coach experienced corporate professionals to use ChatGPT effectively in their actual work .

The consultant should be able to take a real business problem and demonstrate:

Business Problem → ChatGPT Application → Practical Workflow → Improved Productivity / Output The individual should be comfortable working directly with senior management as well as functional teams , understanding their workflows and tailoring the coaching accordingly.
