Role: AI Architect – DBX Native Agents

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Experience

- 12+ years of experience
- Proven experience as AI Architect / AI Engineer / ML Architect
- Experience designing scalable AI/ML solutions and distributed systems

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Responsibilities

- Architect and design scalable AI solutions using the DBX Native Agent framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Develop algorithms, models, and agent capabilities to improve functionality and performance
- Lead testing, validation, and optimization of AI models for accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend integration strategies




- Partner with product and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices

Additional Responsibilities

- Solve complex problems at the intersection of AI, data, cloud, and distributed systems
