Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the design, fabrication, erection, and commissioning of steel structures for various projects.

- Oversee the quality control process to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

- Oversee structural steel fabrication, erection activities, heavy lifting operations, and related construction methodologies.

- Review and coordinate structural drawings, shop drawings, temporary works designs, and construction sequences with consultants and design teams.

- Ensure timely execution of high-rise structural works, including foundations, substructure, superstructure, core walls, slabs, and structural steel elements





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions during construction phases.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience in steel fabrication, erection, commissioning, or related fields.

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

- Robust knowledge of structural design principles, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) systems, and steel structures.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
