Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Project Lead Architect to take full ownership of architectural design and delivery across large-scale projects. This role involves overseeing the architectural process from concept through completion, managing internal design teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring high standards of design integrity, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate combines strong design acumen with practical project management skills and has a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in quick-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design development and coordination process across all project stages concept design, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and site implementation.
- Serve as the primary architectural lead for internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure architectural design meets client objectives, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the production of high-quality drawings, presentations, and documentation in collaboration with technical teams.
- Coordinate closely with other disciplines (MEP, structural, ID, landscape) to ensure a cohesive and buildable solution.
- Lead design workshops, client presentations, and approvals processes.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring design milestones are met.
- Review and resolve technical detailing, code compliance, and construction challenges.




- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
- Support construction administration with site visits, RFI responses, and design clarifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Preferred - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Preferred - 15+ years of architectural experience, including 3+ years in a BIM design role.
- Strong design portfolio across relevant sectors (commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, etc.).
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and other design tools.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
