Tech Lead Agentic AI (AWS)

Experience: 10+ years (3+ years delivering GenAI/RAG solutions in production)

Location: Chennai

We're looking for a Tech Lead to drive the technical implementation of Agentic AI solutions on AWS. You'll lead a development team, design multi-agent workflows, and take solutions from development through production while mentoring engineers along the way.

You'll do:

- Lead teams building Agentic AI applications on AWS
- Design RAG-based and multi-agent solutions using LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
- Own end-to-end delivery from architecture to production deployment
- Mentor developers and drive technical design decisions
- Work directly with architects, stakeholders, and customers

You should have:

- Robust Python and hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS/EKS)
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Solid grasp of agent orchestration, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
