Description EY is hiring a Staff-level Agentic AI Application Developer for the TTT team in the Tax Service Line. The role focuses on full-stack development for Agentic AI applications using .NET and related Azure AI technologies.

Location: Pune

Experience

- 3–5 years of overall experience
- Full-stack application development with .NET and C#
- Working knowledge of Azure services
- Understanding of containerisation
- Working experience with source control tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Working experience with AI coding platforms
- Generative AI application development experience
- Fundamental understanding of Large Language Models
- Fundamental understanding of Retrieval Augment Generation techniques
- Fundamental understanding of classical AI/ML
- Skilled in advanced prompt engineering

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering
- Master’s degree in software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- Master’s degree in information technology
- BE
- B.TECH

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs
- Ensure integration with various systems aligns with the core product and platform development strategy
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Proactively manage expectations and collaborate on problem-solving




- Contribute to the refinement of development and engineering methodologies and standards
- Anticipate potential issues and lead the resolution process

- Support the growth of Agentic AI transformation
- Work effectively with internal and client team members
- Adapt working style to operate independently and as part of a larger team

Nice To Have

- Awareness of AI agents and agentic workflow frameworks and SDKs
- Graph database experience such as Neo4j
- Experience with M365 Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Azure AI-900 certification
- Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification
