Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through agency channel, direct channel, and ABP channel.
- Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 to 11 years in sales ( Front line sales experience preferred)
- Robust understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Any graduate
