Role & Responsibility:

1.It is a team Handling role building your own team.

2.Continuously train & Inspiring the team to drive Life insurance sales.

3.This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.

If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives + manager role.

Candidates should have atleast 1 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.

Hiring Guidelines

Age: 25-40 Max

Education: Degree

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Field Sales experience

Salary Band: 2.5 LPA to 4LPA ++ (Medical Insurance + incentives based on Performance)
