Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.

Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

Validate AERA application workflows, configurations, integrations, and business processes.

Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and test evidence.

Identify, analyze, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.

Work closely with developers and business teams for defect resolution and retesting.

Perform data validation and backend/database testing where required.

Support UAT, regression testing, and production validation.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Prepare and maintain QA documentation, test reports, and traceability matrices.

Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improving application quality.

Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
