Job Title : AeJ Securitized Products and Private CreditExperience : 2 to 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing borrower financials, projections, industry trends, and business performance.
- Build and maintain financial models covering cash flows, debt sizing, returns, sensitivities, and covenants.
- Prepare investment memos, pitchbooks, teasers, and credit committee presentations.
- Prepare regular portfolio and transaction reports and respond to stakeholder queries.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance teams to support transactions.
- Manage transaction documentation, covenant compliance, trigger events, and trade lifecycle activities.
- Monitor executed deals and portfolio performance, identifying credit risks and early signs of deterioration.
- Track macroeconomic, industry,



and market developments and provide relevant insights to the team.

Requisites
- Strong knowledge of Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Investment Banking.
- Experience in financial modelling, cash-flow analysis, debt sizing, and returns analysis.
- Understanding of securitized products, private credit, structured finance, or corporate credit.
- Ability to analyze borrower financials, credit risk, covenants, and investment opportunities.
- Strong skills in preparing investment/credit memos and presentations.
- Knowledge of transaction lifecycle, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
- Robust Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
