WE’RE HIRING: ADS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist who can plan, run, and optimize area-wise targeted advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Run ads targeting specific cities,geo-tagged areas, localities, pin codes, and nearby locations based on business requirements.
- Create separate campaigns/ad sets for different geographical areas and analyze their individual performance.
- Conduct area-wise audience research to identify high-potential locations.
- Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance location-wise.
- Identify which areas are generating the best-quality leads and allocate budgets accordingly.
- Optimize underperforming locations and scale campaigns in high-performing areas.
- Implement radius-based targeting, location exclusions, retargeting, and local audience targeting where required.
- Test different creatives,



ad copies, audiences, offers, and locations to improve campaign results.
- Track daily campaign performance and provide area-wise performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to understand lead quality from different locations.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve maximum leads and conversions at the lowest possible cost.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of location-based and area-wise ad targeting.
- Experience running campaigns for multiple cities/areas/local markets.
- Good knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance area-wise and budget-wise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation, local business marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
