Role Description The Admission International Counseling professional will guide prospective students and families through the process of exploring and applying to international education opportunities. This contract, on-site role based in Noida involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, understanding student profiles and aspirations, and recommending suitable countries, institutions, and programs.

The role includes explaining admission requirements, application timelines, visa processes, and financial considerations, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and application status.





Responsibilities also cover organizing information sessions, workshops, and seminars, coordinating with internal academic and operations teams, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with students and parents. The counselor will support EduVritti’s learner-centric mission by providing transparent guidance, ethical counseling, and structured pathways for overseas education.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student goals, academic backgrounds, and suitability for international programs.
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, visa regulations, and scholarship or funding options across key study destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly in individual and group settings.
- Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining detailed records and documentation.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for research, data entry, tracking applications, and virtual communication when needed.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and counseling events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, or academic advisory services is highly preferred.
- Commitment to ethical guidance, learner-centric values, and culturally sensitive communication.
