- Manage admissions and outreach operations across the assigned state.
- Lead and supervise Admission Counsellors, Area Coordinators and Marketing Executives.
- Achieve state-level admission and conversion targets.
- Plan and execute school visits, seminars, career counselling, fairs and outreach activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors and local education stakeholders.
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, counselling and conversion.
- Conduct regular field visits and team performance reviews.
- Identify recent markets and institutions for student acquisition.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and timely MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with the Regional/Zonal Manager and central teams.
- Manage and support regional office activities and local admission events.
