Experience: Relevant experience in admissions counselling, education sales, student engagement, outreach, or business development preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions & Outreach Executive to join a leading Design Education organization in Mumbai.

The role will involve a combination of student counselling, admissions, school outreach, institutional engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Student Counselling

Counsel students and parents on programmes, career pathways, and admissions.

Manage student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and student interactions.

Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Drive enrolment and conversion targets while ensuring a positive student experience.

Outreach & Institutional Engagement

Plan and execute school visits, workshops, career sessions, fairs, and other outreach initiatives.





Generate and nurture prospective student leads through school and institutional engagement.

Track leads, outreach activities, conversions, and market feedback.

Candidate requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about working with students and the education sector.

Strong counselling, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

Comfortable with targets, field visits, and external stakeholder engagement.

Prior experience in education, admissions, counselling, sales, or outreach will be an advantage.
