The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students and parents, handling admission enquiries, explaining course details, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and direct communication.
- Explain course details,batches, and admission procedures clearly.
- Understand students' requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
- Follow up with interested students and prospective admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support the admissions team in achieving admission targets.
- Maintain qualified and positive communication with students and parents.
- Assist with other admission-related activities as required.

Requirements




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the education sector.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in admission counselling, telecalling, sales, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
