We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage the student admission process, counsel prospective parents and students, and drive admissions through effective lead conversion and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school, curriculum, programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Manage the complete admission cycle from lead generation and follow-up to enrollment.
- Conduct campus visits and effectively present the school’s offerings.
- Follow up with prospective parents and ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, and finance teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Handle parent queries and concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in open houses, admission drives, education fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare regular admission reports and provide updates on lead status and conversion performance.




- Identify opportunities to improve the admission funnel and conversion rate.
- Ensure all admission documentation and records are complete and up to date.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a relevant qualification in Education or Management is preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in school admissions, educational counseling, education sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a reputed school or educational institution is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving admission or enrollment targets.
- Robust parent-handling skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and admission management systems.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and well-organized.
