Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and students about school curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures

- Handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media) and provide accurate information

- Guide applicants through the complete admission process (forms, documentation, follow-ups)

- Maintain student data and update records in CRM/admission systems

- Conduct campus tours, orientations, and admission events

- Follow up with prospective parents to convert leads into admissions

- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding

- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid convincing and counselling ability

- Basic knowledge of school education systems

- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups

- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Marketing or related field preferred)

- 1–3 years of experience in admissions / counselling / sales (school experience preferred)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
