Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents, handling admission enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve assigned admission/conversion targets.




- Assist students throughout the admission process and documentation.
- Maintain daily counselling and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal admission and operations teams.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Robust interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech, education, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
