Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding school admissions, curriculum, subject choices and academic pathways.
- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and walk-ins.
- Explain the school’s academic programmes, facilities, fee structure and admission procedures.
- Provide guidance regarding Arts/Humanities subjects, career options and higher-education pathways.
- Follow up with prospective parents and students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct campus tours and assist during admission-related events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.
- Prepare admission reports and maintain enquiry/MIS records.
- Represent the school professionally and maintain positive relationships with parents.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Arts/Humanities, Psychology, Education, English, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, education or customer relations will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Arts/Humanities subjects and career options is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and maintaining records.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude and good presentation skills.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.

Work Location: On-site, Haldwani
