Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and related accounting transactions.

- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST returns accurately and within statutory timelines.

- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with books and identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Ensure accurate and timely TDS deduction, payment/deposit, and return filing.

- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding differences.

- Prepare periodic MIS reports, including GST and TDS-related reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and maintain proper supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, and GST auditors and provide the required information and documentation.





- Support management with accounting, taxation, reconciliation, and compliance-related reports and analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Strong practical knowledge of GST return filing, GSTR-2B reconciliation, TDS compliance, and accounting operations.

- Positive understanding of statutory compliance and taxation processes.

- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills, particularly with auditors and internal stakeholders.

- MBA Finance qualification is required.
