Accounts Receivable :

- Own end-to-end receivables across quick commerce and marketplace platforms.

- Match GRNs to invoices and review platform settlement reports line by line.

- Investigate deductions, chargebacks and short payments and challenge the ones that don't add up.

- File claims and disputes on platform portals before the window closes, and follow them to closure.

- Reconcile our books to platform books at month end and clear unexplained differences.

- Track ageing and collections, follow up with platform payables teams, and escalate where needed.

- Work with Sales and Logistics to fix the root causes behind returns, shortages and pricing disputes.

Senior Accounts Executive :





- Own day-to-day accounting in Tally book transactions and journal entries with correct ledger and cost centre allocation.

- Process vendor invoices and payments; maintain and reconcile vendor accounts.

- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank books.

- Prepare and post month-end entries — accruals, provisions, prepaid amortisation and depreciation — and close the books within agreed timelines.

- Maintain ledger schedules and the fixed asset register; transparent open and unreconciled items.

- Handle GST and TDS workings, returns and reconciliations, including GSTR-2B against books.
