Accounting & Finance:

- Support financial transactions and record-keeping. Petty cash, Bookkeeping, Journal, Ledger entries, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, expense management, Payroll processing.

- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support financial planning.

- Statutory Compliance management with accounting standards, financial statements such as ITR, GST.

Operations & Business Support:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Procurement) to streamline financial workflows.

- Assist in contract reviews, vendor negotiations, and operational cost optimization.

- Support procurement and inventory management for software tools and licenses.





- Help implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

- Participate in financial audits and internal process reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Min Bachelors/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a software/IT company.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Zoho Books, Tally) and MS Excel.

- Solid understanding of tax regulations, ITR, GST, and financial compliance.
