About One Diagnostics

One Diagnostics is a growing diagnostic healthcare organization focused on delivering reliable laboratory and diagnostic services. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, internal audit activities, and the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
- Handle Tally ERP/Tally Prime entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage GST related work, including purchase/sales entries, reconciliation and return-related activities.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation and compliance-related work.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash receipts, cash payments and daily cash deposits.
- Maintain proper records of cash and bank transactions.
- Verify purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment entries.
- Handle vendor/customer ledger reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, auditors and management.
- Assist in internal audit and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Review accounting records and identify errors, discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare regular MIS, financial statements and management reports as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, bills and accounting documents.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team and distribute daily work.
- Check the accuracy of work completed by junior accountants and accounts executives.




- Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and accounting activities.
- Support management in budgeting, financial analysis and cost control.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Experience in cash receipt, cash handling and bank deposits.
- Knowledge of internal audit and accounting controls.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
- Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital or service-sector accounting will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling the complete accounts function.
- Should have experience managing and supervising an accounts team.
