Head – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the company’s complete finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow and MIS reports.

- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, banking, cash and daily financial transactions.

- Ensure timely and accurate billing, purchase entries, invoices and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

- Monitor financial controls, expenses and cost management.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.

- Provide financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.

- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

- Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of financial records and documentation.

- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.





- CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/accounting software and financial reporting systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in a managerial or senior finance role is preferred.

- Experience in retail, textile, trading or similar business operations will be an advantage.

- Proven experience in managing finance teams, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
