Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily accounting transactions in SAP S/4HANA FI.
- Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process customer and vendor invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer master data.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and verify accounting reports and financial statements.
- Handle Asset Accounting (AA) and depreciation-related entries.
- Work with Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting in SAP CO.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores and other departments for accounting transactions.
- Check and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
- Support auditors and provide required accounting information.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts as per company policies.

- SAP S/4HANA FI – Financial Accounting

- Tax configuration/transactions and GST
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Basic understanding of MM–FI and SD–FI integration
- Knowledge of SAP reports and financial closing processes

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting/finance is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
