An Accounts Executive in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) manages daily financial records, handles loan portfolio accounting, and ensures compliance with statutory tax rules and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record and maintain financial transactions, journal entries, and ledgers using Tally or ERP software.

- Loan Operations Accounting: Process customer loan disbursements, track repayments, and reconcile loan portfolios.

- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/supplier account reconciliations.

- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Handle GST, TDS calculations, tax payments, and assist with return filings.

- Reporting & MIS: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, plus periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors by providing required ledgers, vouchers, and financial documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance (CA Intermediate is preferred for senior or specialized roles).

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an NBFC, banking, or financial services (BFSI) environment.

- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.

- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of loan lifecycle accounting and basic Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulatory frameworks for NBFCs.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and good organizational communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
