Key Job Responsibilities

- Enter sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and expense transactions into accounting software/Tally/Tally Prime

- Maintain and update ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it.

- Prepare and organize invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Perform basic bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.

- Maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software such as Tally or similar systems.

- Check and correct data-entry errors and discrepancies.

- Assist the accounts team with monthly reports and statements.

- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital accounting documents.

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.





- Follow company procedures for confidentiality and financial record keeping.

- Coordinate with other departments when transaction or invoice information is missing or incorrect.

Skills Usually Required

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles

- Good Excel/data-entry skills

- Familiarity with Tally or accounting software

- Valuable typing speed and accuracy

- Attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of GST and invoices can be an advantage

- Ability to maintain organized records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
