About the Role

We are looking for a Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day invoicing, dispatch documentation, factory accounting, and customer payment follow-ups. The role involves close coordination with the Factory, Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, Sales, and Customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes & Delivery Challans.
- Generate E-Way Bills for customer dispatches.
- Coordinate and manage daily factory-to-customer dispatches.
- Maintain records of raw material inward & outward movements.
- Coordinate with Stores/Warehouse for stock and material entries.
- Update sales, purchase, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain customer ledgers and track outstanding payments.
- Regularly follow up with customers for payment collections.
- Prepare outstanding, dispatch, sales and collection reports.
- Assist with GST data, reconciliation and statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, vendors, and internal teams.




- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting and dispatch documentation.

Requirements
- B.Com / Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with good accounting knowledge can apply.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST & E-Way Bills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Responsible, proactive and comfortable working in a factory environment.
- Candidates who can independently handle invoicing + dispatch documentation + collection follow-up will be preferred.

Work Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
