If you're ready to embark on an exciting career journey that values your potential, we encourage you to explore our current job opening and apply quickly Role: “US Accounts Executive” Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite) Experience: 1-3+ Years Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week) : Key Responsibilities:

- Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets.
- Prepare and submit client invoices;

manage end-to-end billing cycles.

- Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADP
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks/Ceipal.
- Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
- Communicate directly with US clients and lead client calls.
- Understand client requirements and provide accounting support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and capable of leading work independently.

Tools & Skills:

- 1-3+ years of experience in US accounting/US IT staffing/consulting (robust plus).
- Prior experience in client communication and handling client calls is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting concepts.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar tools
- Experience with US payroll tools
- Solid understanding of US payroll, billing, invoicing, and collections
- Proven experience in reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
