We are looking for a agile and sincere Commerce Graduate who can be groomed as an Executive for handling Accounts , GST , Banking , Logistics for our company engaged in export of Textile Products (yarns, fabrics, defense textiles) and Textile Dyes ( VAT ,Disperse , Reactive Dyes ), and Textile Chemicals.

The role involves Accounts and Commercial activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day Accounts , candidate should be conversant with Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- GST and tax-related work , prior experience on GST is desirable , however on Job training will be provided
- Bank Co-ordination for Forex and related transactions
- Export documentation ( will be trained to develop understanding of export documentation and processes )
- Shipping/logistics coordination
- Coordination CHA / Freight forwarders
- Coordination with Suppliers as and when required
- Sending of export samples to over seas customer

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Identify new customers and markets using trade portals
- To manage and regularly trade portrals like IndiaMART ,Alibaba ,Fibre2Fashion
- Upload product catalogs, specifications, and images
- Respond to inquiries generated through portals
- Improve visibility and ranking of listings




- Generate and track leads from digital sources

3. Skills Required:

- Candidates having basic knowledge of textiles are desirable but it is not a mandatory condition
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
- Computer proficiency (Excel, email drafting, basic internet tools)
- Interest in international trade & exports
- Willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Commerce graduate from a reputed college having sound accounting knowledge
- Minimum one year experience is desirable but deserving Freshers can also apply
- Energetic, disciplined, and long-term growth mindset
