Company Description: MSIPL | MEGA SOUND INDIA PVT. LTD. is a professional sound rental company based in Udaipur, with warehouses in Delhi and Ahmedabad, serving events ranging from intimate shows to large weddings and live concerts.

Role Description: The Accounts Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and managing petty cash. The Accounts Assistant will assist in credit control activities, such as monitoring outstanding balances, following up on payments, and helping prepare related reports.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess robust Accounting skills, including ledger maintenance, invoice processing, and basic reconciliation.





Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and clients in a clear and professional manner.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial.

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel, Tally & ERP) is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced event environment are advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
