We are looking for a responsible and active person to handle customer payment follow-ups and pending payment records.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain a simple list of who has paid and who has not paid.
- Call/message customers regarding pending payments.
- Check daily payment collections.
- Inform the owner about pending and overdue payments.
- Maintain simple payment records.
- Check basic package pricing when required.
- Coordinate with the owner regarding payment status.
Qualification
- BCom or 12th Pass .
- Basic reading, writing and calculation skills.
- Basic mobile/computer knowledge is enough.
- Freshers can apply.
