Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of financial transactions and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor expenses, income, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and management when required.
- Verify and process employee expenses and reimbursements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting, and other finance-related activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Salary ₹[15k to 30k] per month, depending on qualification and experience.
