- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with prior experience in Colleges / Universities / Educational Institutions will be given preference.
- Experience in handling institutional accounts independently will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and finalisation of accounts.
- Vendor payments, receivables/payables and cash-flow management.
- Preparation of MIS, budgets and financial reports.
- Audit coordination and supporting statutory/internal audits.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and team-handling skills.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with 10+ years of Accounts & Finance experience, particularly from the college/university/education sector, will be preferred.
