RMS Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant – Warehouse to manage day-to-day accounting activities related to warehouse operations, inventory, billing, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.

Handle warehouse-related purchase and sales invoices.

Maintain records of stock, inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches.

Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

Reconcile purchase, sales, stock, and ledger records.

Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments where required.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

Prepare basic MIS reports and accounting statements.

Coordinate with the warehouse, purchase, sales, and management teams.

Ensure proper documentation and accurate filing of financial records.

Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.

Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.





Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, engineering, or trading environment.

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Understanding of GST, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage records and documentation systematically.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Location: Khera Kalan, North Delhi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
