Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and operational activities, including data entry, payment planning, payables, document verification, reconciliations, and general finance support.

Educational Qualification

B.Com or any graduate degree with relevant accounting experience.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash and bank transactions, including payments and receipts.

Perform accurate and timely data entry and ERP/accounting software entries.

Assist with payment planning and monitoring of payables.

Verify and process financial documents, bills, invoices, and vouchers.

Perform document vouching and ensure proper supporting documentation for transactions.

Assist in reconciliation of books of accounts, bank statements, and related records.

Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of financial transactions.





Support accounts payable activities and ensure timely processing of payments.

Assist in the timely closing of accounts and preparation of reports.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Accounts/Finance team as required.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and data.

Skills Preferred

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Valuable knowledge of data entry and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
