Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Ledger Maintenance (Primary Focus):
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, debit/credit notes, sales, and purchase entries exclusively in Tally Prime.
- Maintain clean, organized debtor and creditor ledgers with periodic reconciliations.
- Banking & Reconciliations:
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) across all current, overdraft, or credit accounts.
- Monitor daily inward/outward fund movements, vendor payouts, and client payment clearances.
- GST & Statutory Compliance:
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B.
- Ensure accurate tax rates and HSN/SAC codes are applied to material supplies, repair labor, and composite service contracts.
- Handle basic TDS deduction computations and statutory entries in Tally.
- Transformer Repair Job Costing & Inventory:
- Record material consumption per repair job card (copper/aluminum winding wire, transformer oil, core laminations, insulation paper).
- Record and track scrap generation and recovery (burnt copper scrap, used transformer oil, dismantled metal).
- Reconcile physical stock against Tally Prime records on a periodic basis.
- Billing & Receivables Tracking:




- Generate GST-compliant tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills for dispatched/repaired transformers.
- Track payment collections, retention money, and follow up with private clients and state utilities/DISCOMs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Tally Prime Proficiency: Top priority. Candidate must have advanced, practical working knowledge of Tally Prime (shortcuts, voucher creation, inventory modules, GST setup, and report generation).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience in accounting, GST computation, and bank reconciliation (experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or equipment servicing environment is an advantage).
- Commute & Mobility:
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our office/workshop.
- Must possess their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
- Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, basic understanding of job costing, and robust attention to numerical detail.

Salary & Benefits
- Commensurate with experience and industry standards (to be discussed during the interview).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
