Company Description LR FARMS is a Bengaluru-based wholesale flower supplier founded in 2022, cultivating over 20 acres of roses, chrysanthemums, limonium, gypsophila, sunflowers, and other cut flowers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling bank and cash accounts.

The role includes preparing monthly and annual financial statements, monitoring expenses and revenues, and supporting budgeting and cost tracking for farm operations and partner farms. The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant tax, GST, and regulatory requirements, assist in audits, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



vendors, and banks, and providing reliable financial data to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis for operational and inventory-related activities.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST compliance, and basic regulatory requirements relevant to small and medium businesses.
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and robust Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with farm operations, vendors, and management.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, growing business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or trading sectors is an advantage.
