Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting and jewellery inventory/stock management for a client in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, and preferably prior experience in jewellery, retail, or inventory-based businesses.

The role will involve handling accounting operations, stock records, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and coordination with the client and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Maintain and monitor jewellery inventory and stock records
- Handle stock inward and outward entries
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies
- Manage GST and TDS-related accounting and compliance
- Conduct bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with the client and internal accounting team
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities




- Independently manage the client's accounts and inventory under overall supervision and guidance from our team

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Solid knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation
- Experience in inventory and stock management
- Candidates with jewellery industry or retail accounting experience will be preferred
- Ability to independently handle accounting and inventory responsibilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly with minimal day-to-day supervision

Ideal Candidate An experienced and responsible accountant who can independently manage client accounting and jewellery inventory operations, while working under the overall supervision of our accounting team. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
