Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST and TDS compliance, and financial documentation. The candidate should have practical experience with Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally.
- Manage GST preparation, reconciliation, returns, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and records.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting financial documents.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of GST
- Good knowledge of TDS
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Good knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who can independently handle day-to-day accounting, Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and MS Excel with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
