- End-to-end monthly payroll processing and vendor coordination

- Payroll reconciliation,variance analysis, and compliance checks

- Administration of PF, leave encashment, medical benefits, and employee loan schemes

- Management of Qualified Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
N
- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to employee compensation
N
- Coordination with auditors and management of payroll audits
N
- Preparation of payroll MIS, statutory reports, and employee benefit records
N
- Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger payroll controls
N

nExperience

N
- 12-15 years of relevantexperience in Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Statutory Compliance
N
- Sound knowledge of PF, PT, Income Tax, and payroll accounting
N
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
N
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
N
