We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist to manage invoicing and billing activities for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for transportation services.
- Verify billing details and required documentation.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Maintain invoice and payment records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for accurate billing.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Invoicing, preferably in logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Accounting qualification/degree preferred.
